Your boiler is designed to give you many years of good performance. However, like all machines, it will work better if is regularly serviced.
The Mercia Gas Engineer will carry out an initial assessment of your boiler to ensure that it can be serviced or repaired, if it is a routine service or repair the engineer will give you a quote and it can be carried out during the initial visit. If your boiler repair is more involved the team will provide you with a quote and availability prior to carrying out any work. The quote for repairs and services includes labour and spare parts where required, which are guaranteed for 12 months.
